  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Get a small microwave container such as a Coffee Mug.
  2. Mix all ingredients together in mug.
  3. Place in Microwave and cook for 55 seconds for an anytime snack or part of a healthy meal.
