Healthy alternative to muffins - on Dr. Oz - very quick to make.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup flax seed.
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp coconut oil
1 g stevia sweetener.
1 egg
Directions:
1. Get a small microwave container such as a Coffee Mug.
2. Mix all ingredients together in mug.
3. Place in Microwave and cook for 55 seconds for an anytime snack or part of a healthy meal.
