New Potatoes With Sour Cream and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 25 small new potatoes
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 tbsp dried dill

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until done. Drain and set aside.
  2. Chop green onions and add to a frying pan with 1/4 stick of butter. Cook on medium heat until onions are soft. Add the rest of the butter and stir until melted.
  3. Add container of sour cream, dill and salt and pepper to taste. Cook until sour cream is warm.
  4. Place potatoes in pan with sour cream mixture, stirring occasionally until potatoes are heated through.
