Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve stock cube in water over medium heat.
  2. Set flour aside and add remaining ingredients.
  3. Let simmer until potatoes are tender.
  4. Mix flour with a little water (or milk) to make a paste an gently stir into chowder. A whisk works well for this.
  5. Continue to simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve steaming hot.
