Directions:

  1. Heat some vegetable oil in a frypan. Saute onion for a couple of minutes, add garlic, and keep stirring. Add a bottle of 'Old El Paso' simmer sauce and cover simmer for a few minutes. Remove from the heat.
  2. Put bean sauce in the middle of 2 large plates. Arrange corn chips around the beans, and cover with grated cheese.
  3. Put plate under the griller until cheese melts, garnish with choppd spring onions. Serve with sour cream and sweet chili sauce.
