My Southern Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chicken wi/eggs add piece of onion.. cover and boil till done
  2. Remove chicken & let cool.
  3. In large bowl combine diced items, tomatoe, avocado, onion & lettuce.
  4. Once chicken is cooled shred or dice.. and add to bowl..
  5. Eggs once cooled & peeled.. dice in medium size pieces.
  6. Add mayo & garnishes(opt. salt) pepper.. and mix..
  7. Then enjoy.. i did.
