My Mothers Microwaveable Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 lb butter
  • 2 medium onions
  • 4 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • 1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Peel and dice onion.
  2. Put onion and butter in microwave until butter has melted.
  3. Add Breadcrumbs and mixed herb
  4. Add salt to taste.
  5. Test, If too dry add more butter and return to microwave.
  6. Can be eaten straight away or put in fridge and heat later.
