My Grandma's Famous Shrimp Dip

Ingredients:

  • 2 (4 oz) cans baby shrimp (tuna isle)
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped very small)
  • 1 (1 oz) envelope knox clear unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (11 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Heat tomato soup in pot med-low heat.
  2. Add block of cream cheese into pot with soup.
  3. Melt cream cheese completely.
  4. Gradually pour in gelatin packet, slowly.
  5. Take off heat after dissolved.
  6. Add mayonnaise, chopped onion, celery, and shrimp.
  7. Put in mold or bowl,cover and refrigerate overnight.
  8. Garnish with parsley and crackers.
