Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bring water to a boil,add wild rice,marge.
  2. Reduce heat, cook 40 min.
  3. Stir in brown rice coo 25-30 min longer or until tender.
  4. Cook bacon till crisp, remove, saute mushrooms, onions peppers& celery till tender.
  5. Stir in broth.
  6. Boil.
  7. Combine cornstarch& water together then stir it in mushroom mixture until it thickens.
  8. Add bacon mix all together put lid on.
  9. Heat on low till all is hot, you may sprinkle some grated cheese if desired.
