Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
  2. Cook mushrooms, green onions, and fines herbes, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until mushrooms are softened.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Toast English muffins and place cut side up on baking sheet.
  5. Spread each with cream cheese and layer with 2 half slices bacon.
  6. Top with mushroom mixture and a cheese slice.
  7. Place baking sheet under preheated broiler for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts.
  8. Serve immediately.
