Mother B's Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup uncooked rice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups hot milk
  • 2 -3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Heat milk.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a deep baking dish.
  3. Bake at 325* for 1-1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. It is ready when the liquid is all absorbed.
