Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1/4-1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Bring rice, milk, cream and sugar to a boil.
  2. Simmer 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
  3. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon and raisins.
  4. Cook until thick and creamy.
  5. Tip: if you stir a lot at the end it will be creamier!
  6. Turn off heat and stir in egg yolks.
  7. Serve warm or chilled, i prefer chilled with this recipe.
