Moroccan Lamb And Feta Phyllo Triangles

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown lamb.
  2. Add feta cheese, moroccan seasoning and red onion. Mix well.
  3. Prepare phyllo triangles according to directions on package (use two layers of pastry, brush melted butter between the layers, cut into four strips. Place a healthy teaspoon of filling at the bottom, then fold one side over and then the other and repeat until you run out of pastry!)
  4. Brush with melted butter and bake about 10 minutes at 350 or until nicely browned.
