Morgan's Simple Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Chop the tomatoes and cucumber into chunks.
  2. Put everything into a lidded container.
  3. Secure lid and shake for about a minute.
  4. The juice from the tomato will mix with the mayo and make a great dressing.
  5. Serve or chill - it gets better after about 30 minutes.
