Shrimp Salad Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove tops of tomatoes and core. Scoop out insides, discarding the seeds but keeping the flesh. Reserve tomato shell.
  2. Chop flesh and add to a mixing bowl. In the same bowl, add shrimp, mayonnaise, dill and capers and stir to combine. .
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Stuff mixture evenly in tomatoes. Serve tomatoes surrounded by side salad. Enjoy
