Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cups sifted flour
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 cups pumpkin

Directions:

  1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Combine wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into the dry.
  4. Pour batter into 3- 9x5 inch greased loaf pans.
  5. Bake in a 350 degree preheated oven 1hr or until a cake tester comes out clean.
  6. Cool before slicing.
