Mom's Sweet and Sour Broccoli

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp dry mustard
  • 6 slices bacon

Directions:

  1. Cook and crumbled the bacon.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Cook the broccoli until tender crisp.
  4. Drain.
  5. Mix the rest of the ingredients (except bacon) in a small saucepan.
  6. Heat over low-medium heat.
  7. Pour over top of the broccoli.
  8. Sprinkle the bacon on top.
