Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and put into a 1 gallon ziploc bag. Add 3 lbs boneless leg of lamb cut into 1 1/2 to 2 inch cubes. Marinate for 4 - 6 hours in refrigerator. Thread on skewers and grill or broil until medium-rare.
