  2. Add corn and garlic, sauté for 5 minutes.
  3. Combine pineapple juice and next 5 ingredients.
  4. Add to corn, cover and reduce heat.
  5. Simmer 15 minutes.
  6. Add onions and cook for 5 more minutes.
