Mom's Fast & Easy Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp sugar (although i sometimes halve this because my bf doesn'tsp like as much)
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) envelope onion soup mix

Directions:

  1. Brown and drain the ground beef.
  2. Put the beef in the crock pot with the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, frozen veggies, sugar, and onion soup mix.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Cook on Lo for 10 hours or Hi for 5 hours.
  5. Enjoy!
