Ingredients:

  • 350 ml water
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup or 2 tbsp cane syrup (if not available substitute corn syrup)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 2 1/4 cups rice flour (405g)
  • 1 cup brown rice flour (180 g)
  • 1 tbsp xanthan gum
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Add ingredients in the order suggested by the manufacturer of your bread machine.
  2. Setting: Basic.
