Ingredients:

  • 1/3 lb beef eye round
  • 1 cup root beer
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper

Directions:

  1. Mix the root beer, garlic powder and lemon pepper in a small pot.
  2. Add the steak and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for one hour to an hour and a half.
  4. Remove steak.
  5. Mix cornstarch with a little bit of water.
  6. Add to the leftover sauce and stir on medium heat until thickened.
  7. Serve over noodles or rice.
