Miranda's Brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long- grain white rice
  • 1 (10 oz) can campbell's beefy mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 oz) can campbell's beef broth
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a glass baking dish.
  2. Add rice to butter, coating well.
  3. Add beefy mushroom soup and beef broth and cover with foil.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven 350 degrees for 1 hour.
