Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. In a standard, microwaveable coffee mug, mix flour, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Add egg, milk and oil, mix well.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes on maximum power. (Contents will rise and set).
  4. Tip contents out of mug onto plate and enjoy!
