Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Walnut Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a muffin pan with paper cups.
  2. In two separate bowls mix the wet ingredients and the dry (minus the chocolate chips and walnut pieces).
  3. Combine the wet and dry ingredients just until you can no longer see any flour. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and walnut pieces.
  4. Spoon batter into prepared cups filling 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
