Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate syrup
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2-3/4 tsp mint extract
  • 3 drops green food coloring
  • 6 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Cake: Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease and flour 13x9x2 pan.
  3. Combine first 5 ingredients and bake 30 minutes.
  4. Cool completely.
  5. Mint Creme Center: Combine next 5 ingredients and beat until smooth.
  6. Spread Creme center over cake and refrigerate.
  7. Chocolate Topping: Melt butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan.
  8. Remove from heat and stir until smooth.
  9. Cool slightly, then pour chocolate over top of cake.
  10. Chill until ready to serve.
