Mini Pumpkin Muffins With Nutmeg And Cloves

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Sift together next 6 ingredients in separate bowl
  3. Add to muffin mixture, gradually
  4. Add nuts
  5. Mix together with mixer until blended
  6. Pour into greased mini muffin tins
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  8. This recipe may make more than 36 mini muffins, OR depending on the size, may make less than 36 mini muffins
  9. My pans vary a little in size
