Ingredients:

  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Mix oil& sugar.
  2. Add eggs& pumpkin.
  3. Sift all dry ingredients& add alternately with water to pumpkin, mixing well.
  4. Stir in raisins.
  5. Pour into greased muffin tins& bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
