Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 2 -4 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs, milk and oil lightly Blend together dry ingredients- add to wet mixture.
  2. Mix together until just moistened cook over medium heat in greased skillet/griddle.
