Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp coriander
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 6 oz chicken breast , cut into cubes
  • 90 g zuchinni , cut into cubes

Directions:

  1. Combine seasoning into a dry rub.
  2. Cube chicken.
  3. Place chicken cubes into rub and thouroughly coat. Refrig up to 3 hrs.
  4. Preheat oven to 350F.
  5. Thread chicken,zucchinni, and onions onto skewers and refrigerate until ready to cook. Grill, turning frequently, for 15-20minutes or until cooked.
