Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Trim meat of fat and sinew.
  2. Slice across grain into long thin strips.
  3. Heat oil.
  4. Add 1 teaspoon ground cumin.
  5. 1 teaspoon ground corriander.
  6. 1 teaspoon dried mint leaves.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric.
  8. Stir fry 1 minute.
  9. Add meat and cook until browned.
  10. Add spinach and cook 4 minutes.
  11. Mix together cornflour, yoghurt and water and add to pan.
  12. Add sultanas.
  13. Let sauce thicken over heat.
  14. Serve immediately with couscous.
