Microwave Broccoli Done Two Ways

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Broccoli with Cheese Sauce
  2. Cut up broccoli in largish florettes, place in covered microwave dish with a tablespoon of water.
  3. Grate cheese, have sour cream handy.
  4. Cook just the broccoli (covered) in microwave untill ALMOST done (for me, that takes 2 1/2 minutes on high).
  5. Stir in the sour cream and shredded cheese.
  6. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds longer.
  7. Stir a little and serve.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste
