Michigan Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine streusel ingredients and work until coarse crumbs form.
  3. Combine fruits in a large bowl.
  4. Combine sugar and cornstarch and toss with fruit.
  5. Pour fruit mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish and evenly crumble streusel over it.
  6. Bake 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
  7. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
