Michigan Blueberry Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup flour
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 lb blueberries
1 lb peach, pitted and thinly sliced
1/3 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 375.
2. combine streusel ingredients and work until coarse crumbs form.
3. combine fruits in a large bowl.
4. combine sugar and cornstarch and toss with fruit.
5. pour fruit mixture into a greased 8x8 baking dish and evenly crumble streusel over it.
6. bake 45 minutes until brown and bubbly.
7. serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
