Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook ground turkey and onion,
  2. Add garlic fry stirring often 4 to 5 minutes. Add spice, salt and pepper.
  3. Remove from stove and set aside.
  4. Cut pitas in wedges and bake at 250 for 15 minutes or till crispy. set aside.
  5. Mix beans and cream cheese together and layer in a 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Layer with salsa
  7. Layer with meat mixture
  8. Layer chopped peppers and onions
  9. Sprinkle with cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cheese is starting to bubble.
  11. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes
  12. Sprinkle finely chopped lettuce on top then finely chopped tomatoes and cilantro.
  13. Serve with pita, tortilla chips and sour cream.
  14. * We did chopped green olives at the end on one half.....awesome!
