Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. DRESSING
  2. Mash ONE avocado, stir in sour cream, 3 T. lemon juice, onion, water, salt, and hot pepper sauce;
  3. Chill to blend flavors.
  4. SALAD
  5. In salad bowl sprinkle 1 T. lemon juice on TWO avocados;
  6. Top with lettuce, tomato, cheese, olives;
  7. Chill.
  8. Just before serving, toss with avocado dressing and tortilla chips.
