Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup dried parsley
  • 1/3 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup dried chives
  • 1/3 cup chili powder
  • 1/4 cup ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup salt
  • in a large bowl, combine the spices and store n airtight container.

Directions:

  1. Attach this to the jar:
  2. Mexican Fiesta Dip
  3. Makes 2 cups
  4. 3 Tbsp. Mexican Fiesta Dip Mix
  5. 1 cup mayonaise or low fat mayonaise
  6. 1 cup sour cream or low fat yogurt
  7. In a medium mixing bowl combine the Dip Mix with the mayonaise and sour cream. Whisk the mixture until smooth. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
