Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 8.5 oz can cream corn
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Grease 1 1/2 qt casserole dish
  2. Combine cheese, buttermilk, oil, eggs, corn, and chiles
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, soda, and salt
  4. Add to liquid ingredients and stir until moistened
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes
