Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 6 tbsp milk
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Blend oil, eggs, vanilla and milk.
  3. Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and salt and slowly blend in to liquid mix.
  4. Stir in bananas.
  5. When well blended, add nuts.
  6. Pour mix into two bread loaf pans.
  7. If you like, you can add apples, pineapples, dates or maraschino cherries.
  8. Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, then at 300 for 1 hour.
