Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over high heat, add diced potatoes and fry until golden.
  2. Add onions fry for two more minutes, add ground beef fry until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Add celery, green pepper and cabbage, cook for a few minutes.
  4. Add seasoning, salsa, water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Incorporate sour cream.
  6. Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives.
