Directions:

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients in a 4 quart crock pot.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 9-11 hours until beef is tender.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on high for 15-30 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency.
