Ingredients:

  • 26 lbs ground beef
  • 20 oz oatmeal
  • 2 quarts milk
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 4 tsp pepper
  • 2 quarts ketchup

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix on low speed unitl blended.
  3. Portion meat mixture into loaves. Cover the tops with ketchup.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours or
  5. Internal heat to 160 degrees.
  6. Slice and weigh into 4 oz. portions. *** time is aprox. ONLY.
  7. You have to watch it.
