  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the oatmeal and milk, and let sit for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix all the other ingredients together, except the meat. Add the oatmeal/milk mixture with the other ingredients and stir. Mix the total mixture and meat with hands or in a stand mixer. Mold into loaf shape. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
