Ingredients:

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (about 2 slices)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup catsup

Directions:

  1. Add bread crumbs to milk and let set a few minutes.
  2. Mix in egg, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
  3. Add meat and mix.
  4. Finally, add catsup.
  5. Pat into 2 loaves.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
