Meatless Bowtie Pasta With Mushrooms & Feta Cheese

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, slice onion and saute in olive oil , season with pepper and salt.
  3. When onions are soft and carmelized remove from frying pan to bowl.
  4. Saute washed mushrooms in 1 tablespoon butter or buttery spread.
  5. When mushrooms are sauted ,add onions back to pan and add sun dried tomatoes , feta cheese , olives , and garlic.
  6. Mix well and keep warm while pasta finishes cooking.
  7. When pasta is finished , drain and put in large bowl.
  8. Add 1 tablespoon butter to pasta and toss , add contents of frying pan.
  9. Mix well.
  10. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  11. Serve.
