Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix ground chuck , eggs, dice up green peppers ,crush crackers add to mixture, melt margarine in large skillet .{I use a large iron skillet}, make meatballs ,roll in flour brown in margarine until golden brown, remove meatballs add 2 cups water to drippings add potatoes, carrots , put meatballs on top to finish cooking, cook until potatoes are tender remove meatballs potatoes & carrots into large bowl , add onion soup mix cook until thick remove from heat add sour cream pour gravy over meatballs and vvegetables - enjoy with a hot buttered roll.
