Ingredients:

  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put the canola oil in a sauce pan
  2. Add the chopped onion, cook until transparent
  3. Add minced garlic and let it cook
  4. Add ground beef and cook thorougly
  5. Put the zucchini and carrot in the food processor and grind them
  6. Add to meat
  7. Add tomato paste, water and salt
  8. Let it simmer for 30 min on low
  9. Serve over cooked noodles
