Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 lb beef, ground , 90% lean meat
  • 21 g croutons
  • 8 oz water
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 1 salt
  • 1 tbsp parsley

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour mixture into a glass oven pan. Bake at 425 for one hour or until done.
