Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes,cubed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • buns :4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 pkt dry yeast
  • 125 g marg
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup water

Directions:

  1. Filling:add chillies,salt and pepper to steak,cook till tender
  2. Add potatoes
  3. When cooled add 2 tblspn mayo. and 1 tblspn ketchup
  4. Buns:heat butter,water and milk
  5. Sift flour,salt,sugar and yeast
  6. Add egg to wet mixture
  7. Make soft dough with mixture
  8. Leave to double
  9. Knead
  10. Make 30 balls
  11. Flatten on palm,put tblspn filling and close
  12. Leave to rise for 10 min
  13. Brush with and sprinkle sesame seeds
  14. Bake at 180 degrees for 10 min
