Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and boil potatoes with approximately 5 cloves of garlic.
  2. Drain water when boiled and mash with a potato masher.
  3. Mix in cream cheese, sour cream and fresh parsley & freshly ground pepper.
  4. Grease a rectangular pyrex dish and added potatoes to dish.
  5. You can freeze these potatoes for use at another function (just make sure you thaw before reheating at a 350 degree oven) or reheat just before your ready to serve.....
  6. Another option is to add drained diced green chilies to this when your mixing in sour cream/cream cheese mixture.......this will add an additonal little zip.
  7. WARNING : These are so not low fat! - Enjoy.
